Customer Care

-All orders must be paid prior to shipment.

 -Custom orders may cost extra and are paid in full at time of order or if needed it can be paid in two parts, a deposit and then remaining balance upon completion of item. The deposit is non-refundable due to cost of material to make item and time spent working on the order.

 -If you want to cancel a custom order you need to cancel it within 7 business days of placing your order, for a full refund.
